2025’s iPad Air upgrade features an M3 chip, is compatible with a new keyboard folio case, and has support for Apple Intelligence. It’s almost identical to the previous model in terms of look and feel.

Apple’s most recent iPad Air, launched earlier this year, packs some insane hardware, but its $600 price point might be too steep for some. Thankfully, $450 might be much more palatable.

The 2025 iPad Air, powered by Apple’s powerful M3 chip, is down from $600 to $450—a neat $150 discount on one of the best iPads available on the market right now. It’s not quite M4, but it’s still amazing.

The M3 chip is not Apple’s latest and greatest anymore, but it does make the tablet approximately twice as fast as the M1-powered model. The M3 chip also enhances graphics performance and features a faster Neural Engine, which allows the iPad Air to handle on-device AI tasks and support Apple Intelligence features within iPadOS 18 and, soon, iPadOS 26—though Apple Intelligence isn’t great there, but we’re hoping it continues improving.

The discounted model has an 11-inch Liquid Retina display with P3 wide color and True Tone technology. It also features a relocated 12MP landscape front-facing camera with Center Stage, which is optimized for video calls. The device supports the new Apple Pencil Pro, which offers advanced capabilities like squeeze and barrel roll gestures, and a redesigned Magic Keyboard with a function row for a more laptop-like experience. The overall design is pretty much the same compared to its direct predecessor, but internally, it’s an entirely different beast.

This deal is live now on Amazon and could sell out any minute, so make sure to get yours now.
