    GIGABYTE

    ZDNET BrandX for GIGABYTE

For the modern on-the-go professional, there are two non-negotiables when it comes to laptops: It has to be light, and it has to be powerful. Until recently, these two demands were in conflict. The lighter a laptop was, the less likely that it could make it through a long remote workday or a transatlantic flight without its battery dying or the entire system overheating.

GIGABYTE’s new AI laptops are powerhouse machines designed for gamers and creators, but also perfect for remote workers who need dependable machines that can keep up with their increasingly mobile digital lives. Two of GIGABYTE’s 2025 AI PC models, the GIGABYTE AERO X16, a Copilot+ PC, and the GIGABYTE GAMING A16, feature futuristic built-in AI, a cinematic experience, and a next-generation cooling system that keeps things functional. GIGABYTE harnesses cutting-edge AI innovations to boost your productivity without sacrificing a slim, portable design.

What can GiMATE do for you?

GiMATE is an in-house AI agent built on GIGABYTE’s own proprietary LLM. GiMATE looks like a sidebar chat where you can type a request to adjust system settings. You can also use the “Press and Speak” feature to do exactly that—push a single key and tell the computer what you’d like to do. Gone are the days of fumbling through the search bar and several menu screens. Instead, you just tell GiMATE that you want to “increase brightness” or that you’re about to “play a game.”

    GIGABYTE

GiMATE also manages your laptop settings behind the screen to improve efficiency: 15% longer battery life, acoustic optimization that adapts to the environment, noise cancellation for video meetings, and the ability to detect when someone is peeking at your computer screen — especially useful when your office is wherever you can find WiFi. GiMATE also includes a nifty generative AI image creator built into the machine that offers an extra layer of privacy: since it isn’t housed on the cloud or an AI company’s server, your images stay in your control.

The future is slim (and doesn’t overheat)

The GIGABYTE AERO X16 is a Copilot+ PC, meaning it’s built for AI-powered multitasking. It has a minimal, sleek design, perfect for people who go on business trips often or digital nomads who work remotely, and also amateur gamers, content creators, and AI designers. The laptop comes in space gray and lunar white, and the futuristic metallic lid shimmers when the light hits it just right.

    GIGABYTE

The laptop is an impressive 16.75mm at its thinnest, but still sports ports for USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, and Ethernet. A golden curve keyboard gives a satisfying but quiet click, and the laptop has up to 14 hours of battery life.

When you open the GIGABYTE AERO X16, you’ll notice the immersive black screen, made possible by a slim bezel on all four sides. The display, which boasts a 92% screen-to-body ratio, is visually vibrant and paired with Dolby Atmos® audio for a theatrical experience

    GIGABYTE

So the obvious question: How does this laptop not overheat? The GIGABYTE AERO X16 uses GIGABYTE’s brand-new WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system, which combines dual 12V slim fans with 74 blades, four vents, and 3D VortX for efficient airflow. Meanwhile, the Icy Touch design keeps cool while playing hot. Smart cooling ensures 0dB on light use, so you can work from a coffee shop or a quiet library without inadvertently pumping white noise into the space.

For the multitasking remote professional who has fun

The GIGABYTE GAMING A16 is a nice fit for those who want to dip a toe into using AI, or those who are students, casual gamers or designers. With an enticingly smaller price tag, the laptop still provides many of the features that make the GIGABYTE GAMING A16 special, like WINDFORCE cooling. The GIGABYTE GAMING A16 is less than 20mm thick and weighs only 2.2kg, but is powered by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPU and features a 165Hz refresh rate, much like the GIGABYTE AERO X16. There won’t be any lag here when multitasking.

    GIGABYTE

The GIGABYTE GAMING A16 also now has smooth metal hinges on the body of the laptop, so you can pop it open with only one hand. This also means the screen can lay flat at 180 degrees, which eliminates the danger of opening it too far when you’re juggling several things on the go. It’s also great for group discussions—perfect for easily sharing and reviewing content with others.

Take GIGABYTE with you wherever you work

Whether you’re a globetrotting professional, a digital nomad, or a student, GIGABYTE’s line of AI laptops is designed to keep up with your lifestyle and transition seamlessly between work and play. No more fretting about power outlets in public or annoying slowdowns when you’re in the middle of your most challenging tasks.

Choose the GIGABYTE AERO X16 or the GIGABYTE GAMING A16 today and put the power of GIGABYTE’s innovative hardware and smart AI features to work for you.
