    Byte-Sized Brief

    • OnePlus Pad 3 launches June 5.
    • Features Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
    • Ships in Storm Blue color.

The OnePlus Pad 3 is officially landing on June 5, and it looks like OnePlus is betting big on performance. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, this tablet is built for heavy-duty productivity and gaming. It’s set to arrive in the U.S. and Canada in a Storm Blue finish.

While OnePlus has shared a few early highlights like the ability to run up to three apps at once with its Open Canvas multitasking feature, we don’t know all the specs just yet, so it’s unclear if the display is any different from the Pad 2’s 12.1-inch screen. We know it syncs with OnePlus phones and adds support for Apple devices with remote Mac control and drag-and-drop file sharing. Preorders haven’t opened yet, and pricing is still under wraps, but you can secure a $30 discount now by providing your email address, and two free accessories worth up to $269 are available on launch day. The tablet officially drops on June 5.
