The Sony Xperia 1 VII flagship is almost here. The launch, scheduled for May 13, begins at 11 AM Japan Time, which is 4 AM in Central Europe, 3 AM in London, and 7:30 AM in India.

Sony will make almost no changes on the outside – we expect the Xperia 1 VII to look just like its predecessor. The phone will arrive in Purple, Black, and Green colors, and will retain the 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers.
Rumors suggest Sony will stick to a 5,000 mAh battery and the Bravia display, while updates will include the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a new ultrawide camera with a 2.1x larger sensor than in the Xperia 1 VI.
