WBO lightweight champion Keyshawn Davis has gold around his waist, but he still has something to prove. The Norfolk native will be in his hometown for his first title defense against the dangerous Edwin De Los Santos on Saturday.

Here’s the info on the card and how you can watch the event.

Date, Time, and How to Watch

The card headlined by Davis happens on Saturday, June 8, 2025, at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia. The undercard is scheduled to begin at 5:10 p.m. ET and will stream live on ESPN Plus.

The main card kicks off at 10 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN Plus.

Main Event: WBO Lightweight Title Bout

In the main event, Davis defends his WBO lightweight title against De Los Santos in a clash between two dangerous punchers.

For Davis, this marks his first title defense after claiming the vacant strap earlier this year with a commanding knockout win over Denys Berinchyk. De Los Santos is stepping back into the spotlight following a tough but valuable loss to Shakur Stevenson.

His style and tremendous speed can create chaos. If he finds a rhythm early or lands something meaningful, we’ll learn a lot about Davis’ mettle as a champion.

This fight could become a shootout by the middle rounds, and that’s something the fans would enjoy, though it might be wiser for Davis to utilize his boxing and movement. We’ll see which direction the fight goes, but it could be a sneaky good battle.

Co-Main Event: Abdullah Mason vs. Jeremia Nakathila

The co-main event features undefeated knockout artist Mason taking on seasoned Namibian fighter Nakathila in a 10-round lightweight bout.

Mason is an all-action fighter who never wastes a second in the ring not pursuing a knockout. While Mason has been mostly dominant thus far in his career, this fight represents a real step up.

Nakathila has gone rounds with the likes of Stevenson and Miguel Berchelt, so if Mason can break through here, he’ll force his name into the conversation for a title shot within a year.

    Full Undercard Lineup

    • Kelvin Davis vs. Nahir Albright – 10 rounds, junior welterweight
    • Tiger Johnson vs. Janelson Bocachica – 10 rounds, welterweight
    • Troy Isley vs. Etoundi Michel William – 10 rounds, middleweight
    • Keon Davis vs. Michael Velez-Garcia – 6 rounds, welterweight
    • Euri Cedeno vs. Abel Mina – 10 rounds, middleweight
    • Deric Davis vs. Naheem Parker – 6 rounds, lightweight
    • Patrick O’Connor vs. Marcus Smith – 4 rounds, cruiserweight

This card leans heavily into Top Rank’s youth movement.

Davis’ brothers (Kelvin and Deric), Isley, and Johnson are all being positioned as future headliners. It’s easy to see this card was constructed with the locals and hardcore Davis fans in mind.

    Fight Week Events

Top Rank will stream the full fight week build-up across their social media platforms, including the final press conference and Friday’s weigh-in.

Fans can also catch exclusive content like “The Art of Ward” and behind-the-scenes access via “Camp Life,” which focuses on Davis’s preparation.

With the spotlight fully on Norfolk, this is a major coming-out moment for the rising star. I’ll be scoring the main and co-main event live, so be on the lookout for my results article that covers the televised portions of the event.
