    • Magnifier app coming to Mac.
    • Live Captions added to Apple Watch.

Today, Apple announced a major expansion of its accessibility tools that will arrive “later this year.” The company will add Accessibility Nutrition Labels to the App Store to make it easier for people to know whether an app supports features like VoiceOver, Larger Text, or captions. Mac users with low vision will soon have access to a dedicated Magnifier app, while the Apple Watch will get Live Captions to bring more communication options to people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Other updates include Accessibility Reader, a customizable reading mode for people with visual or cognitive difficulties, and Braille Access, a note-taking tool for braille users on Vision Pro, iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Vision Pro will see improved zoom and real-time recognition features, while Voice Control, Background Sounds, and other existing tools will get refined and expanded.
