I Will Text You the Best Prime Day Deals Directly to Your Phone — for Free

Good news, Prime Day deal hunters: I’ve spent the last decade crawling the internet for the best deals nearly every day, and in that time, I’ve learned a thing or 12 about Amazon sales and Prime Day deals, including which discounts are genuine savings and which reductions are just a lot of buzz without meaningful cost-cutting. That’s why every day — Prime Day or not — I hand-pick daily CNET Deals texts to subscribers to deliver irresistible sales straight to your phone, helping you score must-have items at the biggest discount possible. (For example, check out these great anti-Prime Day deals from Walmart.)

Signing up to the CNET Deals text group — scroll down! — takes less than a minute, is safe and trusted, and you can opt-out at any time. The service is free, and the goal is to help save you money on products you’ll love.

This is the good stuff, not “discounts” on prices that were artificially inflated last week. And I’m vetting each deal to make sure the price is what it says it is and that the product is in stock when I send the text. I send a Deal of the Day, and during big shopping events like Prime Day, I’ll send two texts a day on standout sales. And if I find multiple deals under an ultra-low price, I’ll hook you up with multiple deals in a single text.

With daily deals texting, my team and I apply the same level of deep research and confirmation that these discounts are legitimate and useful, as we do across all of CNET, just in a bite-size format. There’s no AI here pulling the strings. We’re a passionate, dedicated team of people finding actual deals.

If we uncover something interesting for an affordable price — usually under $50 with a significant discount — you’ll hear about it from us so you never miss a great deal. We find a cool thing on sale, and we share it. It’s truly as simple as that. I hope you join us!
