The M2 MacBook Air is easily one of our favorite laptops ever, and today at Best Buy, you can get one of these yourself for get one with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for just $699. When it was released in 2022, this model sold for $1,299, so this isn’t your normal discount.

The M2 MacBook Air is the perfect everyday laptop, and it’s right for just about any user, ready to tackle all sorts of tasks for work, fun, hobbies, and so on. The M2 chip is powerful and ready for Apple Intelligence, while the 16GB memory gives it the oomph it needs to do everything fast. When we reviewed this laptop in 2022, we gave it a 4.5-star rating and our Editor’s Choice award, loving the great display with thin bezels, the killer battery life that topped 18 hours, and its overall performance. And our opinion of it hasn’t really changed. The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display looks gorgeous, and there’s no beating just how light and portable this laptop is. You’ll love carrying this one with you because you’ll barely feel it’s there, weighing just 2.7 pounds.
